CRM Mapping and Hubspot Automation
CRM mapping allows you to take fields generated in Paycove and use them in your CRM. This feature can be a powerful tool for integrating your Hubspot automated workflows with Paycove.
Under Settings, click on CRM Settings.In the Additional Settings section click Configure to set up your CRM field mapping.
Click on Add New Field, name the field, then use liquid templating to populate the CRM property values. You can access a list of available Paycove fields through the blue available Paycove fields link. These fields will create custom properties in your CRM, populated by the deal’s corresponding quote/invoice information.
In HubSpot, Open any deal and click on View all properties for a complete list of HubSpot and Paycove properties. The Paycove field name, along with the dynamic information that populates it, will be available in your HubSpot properties. The content in your HubSpot properties will be updated from Paycove when a quote is accepted, a quote is converted to an invoice, or the full invoice is paid. Therefore, any time a deal is automatically moved to a new stage in your CRM, these fields should be updated in your CRM to reflect any changes in your deals. You can also manually resync the quote/invoice between Paycove and your CRM to update the mapped fields if needed.
Once the HubSpot property is filled with information from Paycove, you can use that property to trigger an automated workflow.
In HubSpot, on the top menu bar, either select Automation →Workflow or Workflow (depending on your HubSpot plan). Click on Create Workflow.
Choose Start from Scratch. Click on Deal-based workflow, then click next.
Click Set enrollment triggers and select a trigger based on a deal property you mapped from Paycove, such as Invoice Sent Date and click Apply Filter.
Choose subsequent steps in the workflow to automate actions such as sending a notification or an email.
Review and then turn your workflow on. You’re all set! Sit back, relax, and enjoy your new automated workflow.
